Manage Your Subscription

You’re always in control of your subscription. You can easily skip a delivery, change your delivery date, adjust how often your box arrives, pause or cancel your subscription through your online account.

How to Manage Your Subscription

Log in to your account using the same email address you used when purchasing your subscription. Your subscription will automatically be linked to your account.

Once logged in, you can:

• Skip your next delivery
• Change your delivery date
• Change how frequently your box is delivered
  
• Cancel your subscription

Changing Your Delivery Date

Once logged in, you’ll see a “Reschedule” button. Select this to choose when you would like your next box to be sent.

You can also change how often your boxes arrive by selecting “Edit frequency.”

For example, if every four weeks is a little too often, you can change your deliveries to every six weeks instead.
