How to Cancel or Pause

You can easily cancel at any time:

The best and easiest way is to email us at info@wavycircle.co.uk, and we will do it for you.

Or

Log in to the portal by clicking the three horizontal lines at the top left of our site and then clicking the “Log in” button.

Sign in using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription, and it will automatically link to your account.

Once inside the portal, click “Cancel subscription” or “Pause subscription.”

How to Change Your Delivery Date

Once logged in to the portal, you will see a button in the top-right corner that says “Reschedule.” Click this and you will be able to choose the date you want your subscription to be sent each month.

You can also adjust how frequently your orders are sent by clicking the “Edit frequency” button.

For example, instead of having orders sent every four weeks, you could change the frequency to every six weeks.
