What is the difference between our Heavy and Regular Flow pads?

Heavy Flow

• Contains 18 pads
• Double Winged
• 290mm long
• Absorbs up to 100ml

Regular Flow

• Contains 20 Pads
• Pair of central wings
• 140mm long
• Absorbs up to 60ml

Heavy Flow – A great choice if your periods are usually heavier, or if you like extra protection and reassurance throughout your cycle. Longer, double-winged, and super absorbent so you can feel secure.

Regular Flow – Perfect if your periods are on the lighter to medium side, or if you prefer something more compact and discreet. Comfortable, reliable, and still gives you all the protection you need.

All our pads are made with 100% biodegradable pure cotton. This means there are no toxins, harsh chemicals, chlorine or bleach. Perfect for sensitive skin.

This is the big difference between us and the big brands. If you have any issues or questions, we are always here to help.

If you want to change the pad size, delivery date or even cancel, email us and we will take care of it.

Yes! We make a point of making our packaging very discreet. The packaging looks exactly the same as our scrunchie orders and has no reference at all to hygine products
