Delivery
We offer a choice of delivery services which include:
- Free delivery on all orders over £15 (2-3 Working Days)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 Business Days) - £2.99
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 Working Days) - £1.99
We aim to dispatch orders no later than one business day after they are placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Returns:
Customers are responsible to send items back to us as we do not offer free returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept scrunchies that have been worn.
Orders cannot be cancelled and the address cannot be changed once order is placed

Please email us proof of your return at info@wavycircle.co.uk including your order number in the subject heading so we know your return is on it's way. Once we have received your return we can then issue a full refund or exchange your items.
