How to Cancel or Pause

You can easily cancel at any time:

Log in to the portal by clicking the three horizontal lines at the top left of our site and click the "log in" button.

Sign in using the same email you used to purchase your subscription, and it will automatically link to your account. 

Once in the portal, click "cancel subscription" or "pause subscription"

How to change your delivery date

Once logged in to the portal, you will see a button in the top right that says "reschedule". Click this and you will be able to choose the date you want your subscription to be sent each month.

You can also adjust the frequency in which orders are sent by clicking the "edit frequency" button.

For example, instead of having orders sent every 4 weeks, you could change it to every 6 weeks.
